Initial Consultation - 1hr
In your first consultation, we will discuss your health goals and your case history in detail.
Based on this information, we will conduct in-clinic testing and possibly outsource external functional pathology testing. These tests may include:
• Urine analysis (for heavy metals, pH balance, gut bacteria overgrowth)
• Body composition testing (to measure cellular health, fat distribution, lean mass, intracellular and extracellular water. This also provides information regarding your mineral status, detoxification capacity and inflammation in the body.)
• Food intolerance testing
We will then spend approximately one week writing your suggested treatment plan, which may include naturopathy, acupuncture, along with nutritional, herbal, lifestyle and dietary interventions.
First Return Consultation - 30 mins
This consultation will occur 2-4 weeks later and will last for 45 minutes. The purpose of this is to provide you with a treatment plan to address the findings from the first consultation.
From the information gathered, we will present a tailored treatment based on you and your health goals. You may receive naturopathically formulated products, chinese herbs, liquid herbs, dietary and lifestyle advice.
Second Return Consultation
We will need to see you 2-4 weeks after your first consultation. The purpose of this consultation is to perform tests again to measure progress from the first consultation. We will also review all products and make adjustments.
Maintenance Consultations
From the second consultation we will then see you for maintenance consultations if required.
Initial Acupuncture Consultation
In an initial consultation we will run through every aspect of your health and well being. We allow about an hour to discuss you, your health goals and your case history in detail. After the review we proceed with the acupuncture treatment. At the end of the consultation you will be prescribed specific diet, lifestyle advice. If required tailored herbal supplementation is given. Urine analysis for heavy metals, pH balance, gut bacteria overgrowth is also included.
Return Acupuncture Consultation
We will review your health journey and spend time discussing your signs and symptoms at each consultation. We will address any questions or concerns you may have regarding your health and wellbeing journey. The remainder of your consultation will be spent treating you with acupuncture, cupping, scrapping or moxibustion. The duration of this consultation will be an hour.
Body composition testing
This will measure cellular health, fat distribution, lean mass, intracellular and extracellular water. This also provides information regarding your mineral status, detoxification capacity and inflammation in the body
Food intolerance Testing
Food intolerance testing is an igG test which screens for 49 common food intolerances.
